carried out in each stage of the production process, right from
the moment of the arrival of the cocoa cake through until when the
final product is finished.
In our laboratories we carry out bacteriological,
physical, chemical, and organoleptic tests which guarantee the smell,
colour and flavour of the product.
In INDCRESA we approach quality control as a process
parallel to that of production, ensuring that we can follow every
step and guarantee the final quality of our cocoa powder.
All the processes and controls are guaranteed
by the ISO 9001 and HACCP standards.
In our Research and Develpment department there
is a Pilot Plant which allows us to develop new products according
to the specifications of our customers and to study new ways of
improving our production processes.
