The cocoa tree, scientifically known as Theobroma Cacao is a plant cultivated in tropical regions of Africa, Latin America and Indonesia.

The fruit grows like a pod, shaped like a melon and inside of which there are about forty seeds.

The process initiated at the point of origin consists of extracting the cocoa beans, fermenting and drying the cocoa beans.

Afterwards the beans are cleaned, shelled, roasted and ground, converting the cocoa beans into cocoa liquor.

In the next step the cocoa liquor is pressed to obtain two products: cocoa butter, the liquid part, and cocoa cake, the solid form.

Our business is the manufacture of different types of cocoa powder from the raw material, cocoa cake, which comes to us from different sources, but always selected because of its high quality.

The raw material we work from is cocoa cake.
We diversify our purchases over many countries.The principal producing countries of cocoa beans are Ivory Coast, Malaysia, Ghana, Nigeria, and Ecuador. There are also other countries producing cocoa cake.
We are the leading purchasers in the world of cocoa cake.
