on projects with our clients. We aim at being a company open
to new ideas and one closely linked to the way the
market is evolving. We are keen to be constantly improving every day,
and to make sure that these improvements are positively beneficial for
our clients working with us. Our
speciality is cocoa powder, but we also
wish to take advantage of the possibilities offered by our new
installations to provide an additional and complementary service
alongside our cocoa products. Having had a great deal of experience
with important companies in the food sector, we aim at continuing to be
innovative and to be constantly improving,
offering a product increasingly fine tuned to the
client’s specifications, thus giving them an extra
edge. This
is why, through our new company BLANCAO BCN, we have developed a new
activity offering a pulverization and mixing service
for food products. The
possibilities in this field are enormous for we are able to take
advantage of synergies to optimize the industrial
processes of our clients. The objective is to
rationalize the process, avoiding unnecessary manipulation and storage
stages, and thereby offering a final products in tanks or big-bags in
which the mixing of the ingredients has already been carried out in our
